Video Game Theorist @ Royal Danish Academy
Jesper Juul (DK) is a video game researcher interested in the myriad of ways in which video games are meaningful to players. He is an associate professor at the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen and has previously taught at NYU and MIT. He is the author of four books on video games, including Half-Real and most recently Handmade Pixels on Independent Video Games, and he is co-editor of the MIT Press Playful Thinking Series.
