Xiruo Wang (CN) graduated from University College London (UCL) with a major in Interactive Design, earned master’s degree in architecture and is holding dual Bachelor’s degrees in Game Design and Psychology from Shanghai University and East China Normal University. She is currently employed as a level artist at NetEase Games, with extensive experience in 3D environmental art and independent game design. The VR game “Moonlit Windows” has been exhibited at prestigious events like Ars Electronica in Linz and EGX2023 in London. The AI interactive narrative game “1001 Nights” was nominated for the Explorer Award at A MAZE in Germany. Additionally, this game has been nominated for the Best Innovation and Best Student awards at the China Independent Games Competition and showcased work at Somerset House during the 2024 London Games Festival, Weplay Shanghai 2023, and Gamescom 2023.
